All our products are sold without Value added Tax (VAT) and prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs) excluding postage.

All orders, regardless of the country of origin, are payable only in CHF (Swiss Francs)

ISS reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the publications will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order entry.

All publications offered by ISS are described as accurately as possible. Offers and prices are valid on the day of consultation.

Delivery & return

The publications will be delivered to the indicated address once the payment has been received.

Delivery of the ordered publications will be within 7 days upon receipt of payment. Please note that the deadline for the receipt of the package depends on the destination and the postage method (priority or economy) selected.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling & postage. They contain a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order.

The publications listed on the site are available within the limits of available stocks. ISS makes every effort to ensure that the publications that you ordered are available. Sometimes, however, a publication is depleted momentarily.

We are not able to accept returns of publication that we ship, except those that do not fit your order or have been damaged during transport.
